700 AP AKALI GUIDE

This will be a short guide on how to get (almost) 700 AP with akali so i will mainly go in-depth about her build. (Sorry)

First item you should always buy is Amplifying Tome. From there, you can upgrade it into a Hextech Revolver.

EARLY GAME (IMPORTANT PART !)

After getting your Hextech Revolver, you want to rush Rod of Ages next. This may seem weird and wasteful but, Akali gets a powerspike as soon as she gets ult and Hextech Revolver. Your main focus after this should be getting a Rod of Ages so she can scale overtime, since we are going for the Full Ap build on our favourite Assasin; Akali.

After obtaining Rod of Ages, you can go through her usual build route :

ROD OF AGES > HEXTECH GUNBLADE > INFINITY ORB/STASIS ENCHANT > RABADON'S DEATHCAP > VOID STAFF/MORRELONOMICON

You should switch between either Void Staff or Morrelonomicon for your last slot depending on your match up

i.e : if you see a mundo,master yi,vayne (any champ with insane healing basically) in the enemy team, you should get Morrelonomicon. If the enemy team have super tanky champs (Amumu, Alistar, Blitz , etc.) You go for Void Staff as your last item.

(Psst : Akali's empowered attack from her passive can be a guaranteed critical hit that deals 20% more damage against low health enemies with Infinity Orb so i suggest always adding it to your build)

Hunter Genius

Conqueror rune is the key to our Full AP build as it gives 10% bonus damage when fully stacked which is so much more valuable compared to electrocute. You want to get Triumph next for the healing since you would be doing a lot of tower diving whenever you're playing Akali. The 3rd and 4th rune slot is up to you but i would recommend always taking Hunter Genius since you can easily get full stacks with akali.
