Mundo is not that weak in early game survive the early and let the enemy suffers in mid and late game

Pros

Mundo is unkillable in late game
Mundo can counter anti heal with spirit visage
Mundo is weak if the enemy has too many true damage
Mundo is good at countering ganks and a lot off cc's

Cons

Anti heal can counter mundo
Mundo can literally 1v1 any champs (except when the champs relies in true damage
