Additional information on the items
ITEM BUILD
Early Items:
1. Boots of Speed - is the first item you'll buy before anything else. The reason behind for this is for rushing your Boots of Swiftness into Glorious Enchant . This will give you more mobility early for reaching the enemy with your Pick A Card as you roam and gank.
2. Boots of Swiftness - good for reducing any slow effect on you. Also, additional 10 Movement Speed is also good compare to the other boots.
3. Glorious Enchant - is your mandatory chasing tool for your Pick A Card . This item will ensure to land your stun whether they dash, sprint or flash from you. Even you failed to throw your Pick A Card , they might burn their [flash] just to avoid it.
Honorable Alternative:
3a. Protobelt Enchant - gives you instant reach to your enemy. The reason why I like Glorious Enchant than this is the cooldown. This item gives 60s cooldown but that item is only 45s. Also, it chases enemy for 4 more seconds with 75% bonus movement speed and when you reach them, it slows them, too. It's good alternative though but Glorious Enchant is the one fit perfectly for Twisted Fate .
3b. Shadows Enchant - is good alternative for revealing and chasing enemies, too. By throwing two specters and leading the way towards to the nearest enemy, you can predict where enemy is if the specters expires or you can easily chain it with your stun if they caught up on enemies. Good for extending your crowd control further.
3c. [Stasis Enchant] - you clearly annoy them and they started killing you first before anyone else. This will force them to attack your teammate until the duration ends. Good for extra survivability if you feel dying a lot.
3d. Quicksilver Enchant - another situational item if you are getting caught by any crowd control. Good for escaping against enemies.
Core Items:
1. Rapid Firecannon - is your main tool for ensuring to land your Pick A Card . With it's extended range, you can reach enemies even they dash or flash away. Combining it with your Glorious Enchant , you can chase anyone and secure kills around the map.
2. Dead Man's Plate - if your movement speed is not enough and still can't reach enemies then this item is for you. Ignore the armor it gives, ignore the bonus health it provides. All you need is its passive where it gives you more movement speed buffs. Now you can roam, gank or chase people around the map.
Situational Items:
1. Infinity Orb - build this if your team is ahead by helping your mid laner or securing objectives. This gives additional health, ability power and some effect but put that aside, it gives 5% additional movement speed.
2. Force of Nature - build this if enemy has multiple AP champions so you can survive against their bursts if you got caught up. Also, it also gives 5% movement speed. So, yeah. It is good nonetheless.
3. Morellonomicon - only buy this item if enemies has mutiple healing in their disposal. Yeah, that's it but it is useful and important.
4. Lich Bane - good for extra damage to help your teammate kill your target before your Pick A Card ends. But, you guess it, it gives another 5% movement speed.
5. Guardian Angel - might be controversial to build this but it serves its purpose to Twisted Fate . Since you're the one who attack first by using your stun, you might attract a lot of enemies' attention around them and they will try to help their teammate by killing you first. So, to counter that, building this item in your 4th or 5th slot will lessen your death count respectively. Though it doesn't have 5% movement speed buff but this will save you if the enemy decided to kill you first because you annoy them so much.
6. Ixtali Seedjar - personally, I don't like this item very much but it has 5% movement speed buff so yeah, build it for fun. To elaborate why I don't like this item is because the other passive it gives. Yeah, I gives you what you destroy any jungle plant (honey fruit, blast cone or scryer's bloom) and replaces your ward slot. But it becomes useless in mid to late game and also takes about 3 seconds before it can grow after you planted it. That is why it's bad. But since it has 5% ms bonus so why not buy it.
Twisted Fate Runes

Why Phase Rush instead Electrocute or Fleet Footwork ?
The reason behind it is this will help you go in and then out the fight. If you stunned someone then their teammate comes to aid them and starts attacking you, with Phase Rush , it will help you escape against their retaliation. Wasting their time chasing you out while your teammate killing the one you stunned before.
1. Weakness - this will help to increase the damage they receive while they are stunned. Good for securing kills.
2. Bone Plating - it works well with Phase Rush . It provides you more defense against the enemy's burst while you run away.
3. Manaflow Band - since he has a low Mana Pool and we didn't even build any mana related item, this is enough to sustain his mana deficiency while roaming around the map.

Combos
Learn how to maximize the champions potential
Support Twisted Fate doesn't need combo. Your teammate will provide it for you. Your Pick A Card is enough to kill a single enemy and you don't need to do anything other than help your teammate secure that kill.
That's it. It's all about Yellow Card.
Elaborated Combo (Very Basic and Simple)
If you still need to explain his combo, here it is.
1. Start activating your Glorious Enchant before reaching the enemy. Make sure you use it before it expires and not too early so you won't miss that 75% bonus movement speed.
2. Use your Pick A Card and pick yellow one obviously.
3. Auto-attack your desired target especially their carry or their support who can sustain their adc.
4. Throw your Wild Cards for extra damage and for good measure.
5. Active your Stacked Deck and start auto-attack your stunned target to help your teammate secure the kill.
Note: You can add [ignite] in your combo elsewhere, it doesn't matter. What matter is it helps your teammate, especially your ADR to secure that kill or forces them to burn their heal or flash.
Twisted Fate Matchups & Counters
Detailed information on how to play matchups and counters
He'll do anything to stop you from stunning his ADR. Ignore him. Very easy lane.
Roaming and Ganking
Twisted Fate is very useless alone. But with his stun, that yellow card from his Pick A Card is enough to kill somebody if you have a carry to follow up with you.
The main purpose for support TF is to become a second jungler for your team. You will help them win their lane and bully their enemies.
They may question your pick as a support but that will be forgotten if you play well and help your team to victory.
Twisted Fate doesn't need burst attack or more AP force. All you need is to land that stun to your target and let your teammate do the killing.
He is also effective even when your behind. The only thing your ally need is your stun. And that alone is enough for them.
Usefulness of Abilities
Destiny is your Stand United per se. When you use it, it will reveal the whole map including the enemies. But his assisting potential is by using it again while holding or activating Pick A Card and have a yellow card ready to stun enemy for securing kills.
Loaded Dice will become useless since you need to kill a minion to gain some gold. But who needs a little gold when you can have an assist or a kill (accidentaly, of course) somebody.
Pick A Card abuse the stun and roam around to help your teammate win lane.
His other abilities are just extras for additional damage.
