Additional information on the items
As a support, you should always start with Locket Enchant to protect your ADC for early game teamfights. This Locket can help your team throughout the game. (Please note that due to the recent patch, a team is only advisable to have 1 player purchase a Locket). After building your Locket Enchant, look to purchase Iceborn Gauntlet immediately. The armor and slow from this item will help you last in team fights as well as help your team mates with its slow. Zeke's Convergence synergizes well with your ultimate and your allies. Dead Man's Plate also synergizes well with Braum because you will always be mobile throughout the map. Protector's Vow for added protection for your team and Warmog's Armor to let you go in and out of skirmishes with immediate sustain.
Other situational items are self-explanatory and is adjusted depending on the current meta. Gargoyle Enchant could be used if you are the only initiator in your team and Winter's Approach can be built after your Locket if you are in a passive lane.

Summary
Braum is a very flexible support which can be played in a passive and aggressive lane. Some tips I can give you is that you should always try to proc Braum's passive with your team. Those clutch stuns can help you with keeping your ADC alive or on chasing enemies for a kill. Never hesitate to use your ultimate on team fights. It can be used as an initation tool or better yet, as a team fight disruption.
