Luden's Echo is perfect for Seraphine , yes it's pricy but it give you extra mana and ability haste which what she's lacking off. She's mana hungry and have long cooldown on some of her skills so it's fit for her, it also give you good AP and extra AoE damage.
Infinity Orb works wonder with Seraphine 's High Note , it deal extra critical damage to low health enemy and High Note also deal extra damage to low health enemy and combine these two you can deal massive damage with just one High Note to low health enemy, heck even execute them! It also give Seraphine some movement speed which is nice for her since she's low mobility champ and some magic penetration and max health which also nice because she is a squishy.
For boots you can choose Ionian Boots of Lucidity for more ability haste or Gluttonous Greaves for spell vamp if you that kind of person. And for tier 3 boots, you can choose Protobelt Enchant for mobility, or [stasis enchant] to counter burst.
Rabadon's Deathcap for massive AP duh.
Morellonomicon good to counter champ with massive lifesteal, health regen and heal. Perfect against adc, bruisers and support in late game and also, more magic penetration and max health! You can change this to Liandry's Torment for extra damage specially againts tanks if you wanted to or Lich Bane for extra damage for your extra range basic attack from [seraphine:passive] or don't it's your choice
Void Staff for percentage magic penetration, good against tanky champ. Again, you can also change this item for Liandry's Torment or Lich Bane if you want to, or don't it's up to you.
Seraphine Runes
Best Runes for Seraphine
Conqueror is much better than Electrocute , Conqueror let you stack AP or AD just by hitting your enemy with skill or basic attack and at full stack you got extra 10% AP or AD. Seraphine can easly hit enemy with her skills and wide range basic attack thanks to [seraphine:passive], and the best part is that it doesn't have cooldown. Unlike Electrocute that have 30 sec cooldown and make it kind of unreliable extra damage source.
Gathering Storm is good for her AP scaling in late game. Brutal is not bad for early game, but it doesn't scale up so it's unreliable. And also Seraphine is a late game monster and have unlimited scaling AP make her even more scarier.
[regeneration] is for mana and health regen because she's really mana hungry and squishy. You can change this to [spirit walker] for extra max health and slow resist, but make sure you choose Manaflow Band with it or you will have a hard time.
Hunter Genius for extra ability haste because she have some long cooldown on some of her skills. But it kinda unreliable because you have to kill different enemy to get the best of it, so if you not sure then just choose Manaflow Band

This is a no ult combo.
( Stage Presence echo ready to use): You can use her Stage Presence "echo" on her Beat Drop to root your enemy and deal damage, and increase that damage with your High Note then "basic attack" your enemy so you can deal more damage with your Stage Presence "harmony" and then use your Surround Sound reposition yourself away from the enemy's team or chase your enemy. It's your choice.
( Stage Presence echo colored pink or you need to use one more skill to activate it): you can hit your enemy with Beat Drop to slow them and deal damage and use your Stage Presence "echo" on High Note to deal massive damage and "basic attack" your enemy so you can deal more damage with your Stage Presence "harmony" and then use your Surround Sound reposition yourself away from the enemy's team or chase your enemy. Again, it's your choice.

Attack from behind tanky
Seraphine best play at behind tanky teamates but also still between alies, so you can heal alot health with Surround Sound and stack your Stage Presence around them for maximum damage. Just make sure your enemy specially with melee champs to not get close to you because Seraphine very squishy and she doesn't have any mobility skill so don't be reckless and position your self right. If you 1v1, just spam your skill and basic attack don't let your enemy get close to you, lock them with your Beat Drop and Encore , burst them with High Note and Stage Presence , reposition yourself with Surround Sound either it's for defense or offense also keep your distance. And don't be greedy! Yeah she's strong at late game, but also squishy and don't have any mobility skill. So don't be reckless!
