Essence Reaver: Essence Reaver in Wild Rift is amazing. It gives Lucian ability haste and mana back every time you attack. Also the extra damage to your skills is ludacris since you will be spamming abilities every few seconds with this build
Solari Charge Blade: This item feels like a trap but the true damage it gives every time you auto is insane. it gives you ability haste and makes you shoot more bullets with your ult. However you can choose to skip this item and just get an Infinity Edge if you feel like you want more dmg.
Serylda's Grudge: This item is a must have for lucian. It slows the enemy with every skill you cast and makes it easier to shoot them with your ult. Since you spam abilities like a mad man the slows will help you kite or chase down targets. Also it gives armor pen and even more ability haste which lucian needs.
Navori Quick Blades: Another amazing item on lucian. This item will help you weave in and out of fights with ease. With all the crit from the previous items your abilities will be spammable. Paired with the slow from serylda's grudge having a 2 second dash (if done right) will enable you to go ham in team fights kiting and chasing down opponents with ease.
Lastly Guardian Angel and Boot enchants are up to you. You can skip GA and go for IE if you feel like you are a micro god and then get Protobelt enchant if you want to be even more mobile in fights. Stasis and Quick Silver enchant are also good choices depending on the enemy composition.
Lucian Runes
Best Runes for Lucian
Conqueror is the staple rune for Lucian since he spams abilities and attacks so fast that he can get max stacks in less than 3 seconds.
Gathering storm is simply the best choice for ADCs.
Hunter Titan is always a safe choice or you can go with Bone Plating if there are assassins on the other team.
Sweet Tooth is broken. This rune is amazing and you can never go wrong with this rune. Manaflow band is also an okay choice if you keep running out of mana.

The combo is pretty lax for lucian since this build allows him to spam abilities so frequently.
Just make sure you don't waste your dash to dive the enemy while they still have their CCs and major cool downs.
The key combo requires you to squeeze in auto attacks in between skill casts to maximize his damage and also reduce the cool down of Relentless Pursuit.
Quick Tips
IN LANE:
You want to be a lane bully. Use Piercing Light to hit enemies behind their minions as you farm. Poking while farming is always good. Just be sure to save your Relentless Pursuit as an escape if you are too far from your turret.
IN TEAM FIGHTS:
You should be a monster at this point. Let loose your skills on them but make sure you don't waste your Relentless Pursuit and get caught by the enemy's CC. Make sure you weave in your auto attacks every skill cast and you will melt them down faster than me getting turned down by girls in parties.
