Pros

Manamune then would be upgraded to Muramana Its passive,Shock gives your AA bonus damage on-hit that's insane on Jhin.
Solari Chargeblade and its passive,Sunburst gives your AA after casting an ability bonus magic damage that's good to deal with squishies. For trick, use your W,Deadly Flourish and E,Captive Audience to stack this passive before entering the war. And second passive is increasing your crit rate by 25% that will make your crit rate is always 100%. If you do that trick.
Youmuu's Ghostblade and its passive,Spectral Haste upon reaching max momentum will give you extra AS that will convert to AD instanly. AD is very important for Jhin you know. And flat penetration will hurt so much to squishies, actually when you build it as first item. It will help you snowballing a lot easier

Jhin Runes
Best Runes for Jhin
This rune is for sustaining in all game phase.
Fleet Footwork will give you a small healing effect and short boost movement speed that relate to Jhin's kit.
Hunter Vampirism is good rune to increase your omnivamp so you can heal your self with your AA or your abilities no matter what kind of thier damage type and this rune give you bonus 10 AD at max stack.
Hunter Titan to counter CC, u can swap it with Bone Plating if there are many combo type champion.
Manaflow Band to keep your mana on and on
If you prefer to go burst instead of sustain, you have to choose this rune set!
We dont have Dark Harvest so Electrocute is good replacement for that.
Triumph is another burst rune becasue it will increase your damage byl 3% when your opponents have HP under 35%.
Hunter Titan to counter CC, you can swap it with Bone Plating if there are many combo type champion.
Manaflow Band to keep your mana on and on, you can replace it with Hunter Genius for additional Ability Haste or Sweet Tooth if you like to farm faster in early phase becasue bonus gold when you take Honey Fruit

Her simple kit and very relying on her AA means she weak at early game and you can win against her at laning phase
Jhin's Early Game
For starting item you have to buy Sapphire Crystal if you're going to Manamune build, buy Long Sword if you'r going to two others option.
Always take his E, Captive Audience first!
Jhin is one of the best early game bullier adc. That because of his kit Q Dancing Grenade and E Captive Audience . Try to place your E under the minions to help u clear the minion and to avoid your opponent last hitting the minions.
Then if you have been level 2, take Q and try the same trick with your E. Try last hitting 1-2 minions with your AA and let the 3rd minion health under half or can be last hitting and then use your Q on that low health minion, so the granade will bounce to your opponents. Save your 4th bullet for your opponents and try to shot it to enemy adc or support. If you can't just use it to last hit the minion.
Always do those tricks to poke or harass your opponent. Then if you have reached level 5, use your W Deadly Flourish to lockdown the enemy and finish them with your R Curtain Call .
Beware if they have CC support. Always take distance and play as safe as you can. Cuz' you're immobile.
In this phase Jhin must take pressure on enemy adc.
Jhin's late game
In this phase you have to take lead than enemy adc. If you cant take lead, you must help your allies to take down the enemies either to CC them with your W or to help damaging them with your AA and traps. Place traps as much as you can to defend the turret.
Jhins isn't hypercarry but still okay at this phase because he's scalling bit good and still can deal scary damage with his AA.
Stay grouping with your support or allies because you're immobile. Don't be hasitate to attack the enemies in this phase.
Jhin tips
Passive Whisper Try utilizing this by building him with atleast 75% crit rate and AS atleast 30% (choose one AS and Crit item is okay). If you can utilize it the your kitting capability rises. Because he is very relying on his kitting playstyle since his slow AA, limited bullet and need reloading for 2 seconds.
Q Dancing Grenade Try to use it on low health minion or seems can be last hitting. So, the bounce damage will increase and take impact on your opponents.
W Deadly Flourish Make sure to use it on marked enemy so they will be rooted. You can use it to last hutting minion from afar
E Captive Audience Use it under the minions to help you clear waves quickly. Place this trap near your turret if you try to defend it. Place it in the important spot like bush, dragon/baron pit, enemy turret to give you vision to your enemies. Place this trap near you and behind you if you want to push alone then you can use your W to root enemy who's approching you.
R Curtain Call Not only for finsihing the enemy, this ablity has other usages. First, for checking blind spot, because it gives you short vision. Second, for provocating the war, if your team and enemy team stick around and they with who will open the war first, just use it and let the war begains. To secure Dragon/Herald/Baron contest, if you're lucky you can still those and it also can protect your allies by frightening the enemy who attempt to attack.
Jhin in my opinion
I rank him as B tier as he isn't a hypercarry adc and his impact like fifty-fifty lucky, if you're lucky you can kill many enemy if you are not you can't because he is high expressive skillshot champion who need good calculation and prediction. Immobile champion. And he is bad when face many tanky opponents, since his uniqe AA (slow AA animation, need reoload and can't deal sustain damage at it) and poking ability (need more than 3 ability to impact them).
But don't worry he is good champion to deal with squishies. You can always kill them with only 4 bullets or even luckily they pass your trap and you can one shot one kill them. Also good champion to counter late game hypercarry like Vayne, Jinx, Kai'sa, or Ashe
