[Early Phase] 

You can select either Long Sword or Dagger as a first item to pick, if you need to clear fast camps you can use Dagger to utilized the passive immediately.

[Core Item]

Blade of the Ruined King is one of the core item of Master Yi as it gives physical vamp and additional attack speed and also steal some movement speed of the enemy.

Navori Quickblades gives Master Yi additional cooldown reduction for his non ultimate skills if it deals critical strike, with this item he can use his Alpha Strike more frequently. And because of the frequent use of Alpha Strike Master Yi can easily clear waves faster or dodge CC skills.

Solari Chargeblade gives Master Yi more critical chances and helps to deal critical damage more frequently, with this  It helps [Navori Quickblades to proc its effect. 

This is the reasons why  I choose this 3 items to be the core item for Master Yi as this 3 items only, your Master Yi will become unstoppable.

[Full Build]

There are few items that I haven't explained yet, but in this section you will understand why I put those item in the list and what item you can exchange or optional only.

Let's start with Wit's End , this item give 45% of attack speed and somehow can be considered as a core item aside it give additional magic resistance so you can soak up some magic damage in the game.

[Death Dance] in other hand  gives you additional physical vamp and also a damage. Not just that but it gives you additional damage reduction, it is also good against ADR who can easily poke you with their basic attacks, with the help of the this item you can stay little bit longer in team fights.

Lastly, the Bloodthirster this equipment can give additional critical chances and also a huge amount of physical vamp and when your health is full some percentage can be converted as a shield that will last a certain time. Build this if you want to change the tide by defeating the [Baron] with yourself.

Optional build is the Guardian Angel , the Trinity Force or the Phantom Dancer . 

Guardian Angel gives you a resurrection and damage. Trinity Force gives you all around stats, like movement speed, damage, and ability haste. Phantom Dancer gives you critical chances, a shield and an attack speed.
