So you should be starting with a longsword as it'll helps you with your last hits, which is vital for jinx to go rampant in the late game, and the more last hits you get? You can go for Botrk or Infinity Edge first, botrks will give you some lifesteal for good sustain and Runaan hurricane is a must on jinx as those items will wreak havoc upon the enemy team during teamfights. You can go for Static Shiv or Rapid Fire Cannon, but i feel like Phanton dancer and the shield it gives helps you outplay your opponents in a forced 1v1 situation. You can go for Bloodthirster instead of Guardian Angel, but i honestly feel like lifesteal is way too underpowered in this meta, as Griveous wounds renders it almost useless, which is why Mortal Reminder is a must in your build, it also helps you against the enemy tanks. Also, dependong on your opponents, it is important you finish building your boots in the early to midgame stages, if there's a Zed? Zhonya's hourglass, if there's too much Crowd Control? Go for the quicksilver stash, which is the grey cloth belt xD.

Jinx, jinx them, jinx everyone, Jinx is a monster late game and people who properly use her will see how she's one of the best champs in the game, your gonna have to practice alot though, no one becomes a pro overnight.
All you have to do with jinx is really just play safe and farm, a fed jinx is a demon. And once you get the hang of her, you can try and improve your map vision so that you can do cross map kills and baron/dragon steals with your ult. Nothing for satisfying than a baron steal.
