You win early, especially at lvl 3, but he will scale and might win later. But you want to be teamfighting later anyways, which Ornn can do much better than Nasus.

Aerie and scorch, maybe put some levels into Q early for more poke. Poke him down with Q until you can all in him, build some MR, should be ok.
Stay away so he cant hit you for free and try to hit Teemo while lasthitting a minion with the same Q.

Build Amror vs him, not MR, he does more AD dmg with his W, unless he is going AP. Then you should stack some MR early and he is useless.

Don't fight him early, he wins long and short trades. If you land a Q, try W and auto attack him, then E to safety. Or Q, W, E, and walk away. You can take Phase Rush here to run away. But focus on farming with your Q, don't take 1v1s, just farm and scale.
Early Bramble Vest can help a lot here.

You can fight her in the first few levels, but when she gets her ult and Nashor's, the fun is over and she will run you down. Ask your team for help, stay away from her, never try to 1v1 her. You simply cannot win, unless she messes up big time. But that is not something you should expect to happen in any matchup.

Basically a Hard-Counter to Ornn. She shreds tanks with her true dmg and has a lot of mobility to dodge your abilities. She can also counter your ult or E and stun you. Definitely not as hard as Gwen but if Fiora is good, lane is unwinnable for Ornn. Focus on last hitting minions wth your Q, stay out of her Q range, as much as possible. If she wastes her E, you could look for a short trade with Q, W, E. Definitely take Second Wind here to regenerate some HP when she pokes you with Q.
