Conqueror is just overall better than electrocute don't even @ me. It's op on lee sin since he has like 10 skills with auto cancels so it's a guaranteed 5 stack conqueror in an instant.
Brutal for the armor pen early to late game since you would always be fighting in all stages of the game.
Backbone is just better than the other runes for LS
Mastermind for Dragon and RH clearspeed. I would choose pathfinder for the MS in the jungle but objectives are better than ganks.
