[2.6a] Gragas Guide - Time to roll out the barrel!

BUILD :

Start with the Amplifying Tome for an easier last hit with Barrel Roll and better poke.

Rush Rod of Ages to start stacking it. This item gives everything you need ! 450HP, 400MP and the incredible amount of 120 AP. 

Now get Boots of Speed then Lich Bane . Once you have it, your combo become deadly.

For boots upgrade i always go Ionian Boots of Lucidity , we're not playing tank here so defensive boots are useless.

After Lich Bane be sure to take boots enchantment. [stasis enchant] is for me the best one on Gragas, it can give you time for your Body Slam cooldown to reset and then escape/kill the opponent. Some people like Quicksilver Enchant or Protobelt Enchant  

It's time to build Rabadon's Deathcap . With the recent nerf of (Patch 2.4B) Liandry's Torment i now chose Morellonomicon or Infinity Orb depending on the ennemy team

Last item i usually pick Void Staff the only %Magic pen 

Go Morellonomicon if they have champ like Dr. Mundo Master Yi Darius or everything that regen a lot or in the rare case where they have a healer like Soraka and take Infinity Orb if they have a lot of squishy and only one tank.

GAMEPLAY :

So, you now enter the summoner's rift, fullfilled with joy and... alcohol. You slap your belly making it wave and start gently walking to your lane.

If you're a cool guy help your jungler or ward buff. 

1. Here we are, we can start rolling barrels ! Start by poking your opponent with Barrel Roll you can use it to last hit too but be carefull not to overpush your lane. 

[TIPS] During the laning phase you should keep the lane even or, if you know the ennemy is not gonna roam, make the minion be closer to YOUR turret. If you see you have a clear advantage over your opponent, you can push and it's really easy to clean lane with gragas and Drunken Rage hit pretty hard on turret.

          2. Bang, Boom, Wham , Bam , all of a sudden you are level 3, and things are getting interesting. You can now Drunken Rage ==> Body Slam ==> AA ==> Barrel Roll x2 and BOOM you just killed someone !

Yes that's how it works, but be carefull, i mean really carefull ! If you miss Body Slam you'll probably lose the trade or worst.

[TIPS] Be sure to never miss Body Slam , The Lich Bane effect coupled with Drunken Rage is a really hard burst.

         3. Now you're level 5 you have access to you really cool ult ! Explosive Cask . You can use it to Engage : Aiming in a way the ennemy will get closer to you. Disengage : Ult to  pushing them far away. Control : For exemple : Separate the carry from his supp/tank

[TIPS] About the ult : Please be really carefull how you place your ult cause it can revert situations in good AND bad ways. The easiest way to use it is as a finisher, once you get used to it you can start repositioning the ennemy. Go in training mode and get used to this ult.

[TIPS] You're a splash champ, try to catch more than just one ennemy please. If you catch the mage or the ADC, a full combo will most likely kill them.

Remember, your Barrel Roll have a slow, Drunken Rage is %dammage + dammage reduction, Body Slam is a dash stun and Explosive Cask is a positioning tool that hurt. Cool kit Huh ?
