Pros

Ezreal is traditionally a safe pick before he can last hit from afar and blink out whenever threatened. But due to the lack of high pressure marksmen and maybe because of the nature of the mobile port which is Wild Rift, Ezreal is a beast even in the early game.
Because Ezreal is an early game beast and can scale well, he is currently the S-tier king of marksmen and is a constant pick in rank games even after his nerf.
Ezreal deals consistent damage in team fights and can deal both good single target and AoE damage thanks to his ultimate.

Cons

Three out of four of Ezreal’s abilities are skill shots and require a good amount of skill to land consistently, especially as you climb up in rank. The champion lock helps but it becomes less effective the higher your rank becomes so it’s actually not an advisable habit to pick up.
Ezreal is always a contested pick so there is a 50% chance that the enemy will pick it first. When banning is introduced in Wild Rift, expect him to be consistently banned as well.

Sapphire Crystal is the best start item for Ezreal , you can very easy to stack mana from the very first secounds.

First recall by min. 2800 Gold. You buy Tear of the Goddess , Sheen and Executioner's Calling to power up your autoattacks after you use Mystic Shot or any other ability. Manamune (transformed in Muramana at 700 stacks) and Trinity Force are the core items for Ezreal , giving him a huge powerspike when these 2 items are bought. I personally suggest rushing Trinity Force after you bought Tear of the Goddess . Thanks to this, you can continue stacking your mana having your attacks powered up by Trinity Force .

As boots, I suggest Ionian Boots of Lucidity to further spam your skills and having back your summoner spells in less time, and you can evolve them in Stasis Enchant .

To enhance Ezreal 's survivability, you can buy Guardian Angel as your 3rd item. It'll permit you to revive if you get killed, gives you some armor and some AD.

Last two items are kinda situational, you can buy them in order of what you need. Mortal Reminder is useful if you have to negate sustain from enchanters, lifesteal or self-sustain (like Dr. Mundo or Gragas ). If you don't need Grievous Wounds, you can buy Maw of Malmortius if enemy composition has a lot of AP champions to deal with, [death dance] if you want sustain, ability haste and damage mitigation or perhaps a Blade of the Ruined King if you want to deal more easily with enemy tanks, thanks to item's passive.

Conqueror : the best rune for Ezreal. Insane damage output and easy to stack.
Brutal : 7 AD and armour penetration all excellent in the early game and late game.
Hunter Titan : Give you more HP so you can survive longer. [spirit walker] if you really want to get the slow resistance and 50 HP instantly.
Hunter Genius : More Ability Hast is always good to spam your spells more. Manaflow Band is not as useful since we already have Muramana , and Sweet Tooth is fairly useless most of the time since youcan play passive and farm with your [ezreal:1].

My favourite build. The only difference is we changed Brutal for Champion. It might seem very troll, but you already have a ton of safety with Arcane Shift and if you are confident in your skills, definitely very worth getting 10% bonus damage against champions. Your damage output will be through the roof.

This is the basic combo that deals the maximum damage on Ezreal. Make sure to hit Essence Flux and Mystic Shot on enemy marksman or mage to do a lot of damage on them, and later make them recall or execute them with Trueshot Barrage . In both cases, they'll lose resource overall, and you'll gain advantage on that.

This is another basic combo you can do starting from level 3. This can be a very aggressive move to do but this combo has a 100% hit rate thanks to Arcane Shift 's passive. I don't suggest it if Ashe is against you.

That's a bit harder combo to do, but if you have a good aim, that's gonna work for sure in you favour. Basically after the Essence Flux , Arcane Shift combo, you try to land a Mystic Shot to further damage your opponent.

If you hit all this, it can be a 100-0 combo, Ezreal's skillshots deals a lot of damage, and at level 5 Trueshot Barrage is one of the most powerful Ulti in the game.

Having more range and burst potential than Jinx, Ezreal is a very good choice against her, expecially in laning phase. Try to poke her with everything you got, and don't let her snowball or she'll oneshot you in late game, even without Get Excited!.
