On lane,
Ashe
in lane is pretty much a poke champion until she gets her
Enchanted Crystal Arrow
. If you want to poke a lot, your gonna need a lot of mana. Because of this, we will take
Sapphire Crystal
as a core item. After this, we will build
Manamune
since it gives a lot of CDR and attack damage once fully stacked. This is basically gonna be the CDR item to have ashe ult a lot of times in a short time.
The rest of the items are going to be cheap crit items to help you stack the double slow from the passive, turning everyone into popsicles. For that we will need items such as
Runaan's Hurricane
,
Statikk Shiv
and
Stormrazor
. This will give you a lot of crit, while also being fairly cheap. The passive will also make a slowing aura that will make enemies stuck in place for a very nice AOE.
The rest of the items can be changed depending on the situation and what the enemy team has in store for you. Make your own judgement and adjust accordingly.

Tips for the iceborns.
1. Use
Hawkshot
on wards to reveal and destroy them. Just make sure you do it close since they will only be revealed for 5 seconds.
2. Try to ult the squishy target in a teamfight, as he will be focused and taken down. It is also reccommanded to take a bit of distance, since the further your ult travels, the longer the stun will be.
3. You place is in the backline - avoid being too close in.
