One of the things that everyone should understand as a support is this - Dealing damage is NOT your primary job. For that you have an ADC and mid lane, and sometimes Baron laner and jungler if they play someone with carry potential such as
Olaf
or
Fiora
. Your job is to take punishment and set up your team for success, which is why we are going to build
Camille
as a hybrid tank.
First thing's first, we start with
Boots of Speed
to help you during laning. Your main menthod of poking is with
Tactical Sweep
, and since you can move while casting, this will help you hit easier and safer.
You can change your boot depending on the situation, and I would reccommand
Redeeming Enchant
for the finished boots since you can combine it with your ult to create a really deadly zone.
Three core items that I would reccommand for

regarding of comp are

for extra damage and mobility,
Zeke's Convergence
since this item is just plain broken and
Guardian Angel
for more AD and some extra safety. The rest of your items should be decided depending on the situation, so don't just build the same things blindly.
