Keystones ( not in order )
1.lethal tempo: best keystone mid to late game imo because of the insane value it gives after the buff, scales much better than conqueror.
2. conqueror: good keystone early game because of the bonus ad and vamp it gives.
3. aery: good for quirky oneshot builds :3.
Domination
Brutal: really good after the buff, i take this rune almost every game to cheese an early kill and start snowballing.
Vampirism: good alternative to brutal when youre up against a poke lane and you dont want to build
Vampiric Scepter
early.
Gathering Storm: YOU NEVER want to take this rune in the 4.2 meta since everything is snowball oriented its either stomp or get stomped, no in-between.
Giant slayer: dont take this rune, see gathering storm explaination.
Resolve
Adaptive Carapace: take this vs hard all in lane (ie: samira naut).
Bone Plating: take this vs poke lanes.
Inspiration
Sweet tooth: the healing and gold from this rune is really op, i take this 99% of games
Transcendence: High risk high reward rune, if you wanna scale really hard into late take this rune.
Nimbus Cloak: Really bad rune imo since it only procs when you use one of your summs, not worth it tbh the 2 options above are WAAY better

- How to play passive aggressively (ie: play mostly passive and only go aggressive when enemies overextend, misplay or when your support gets an engage going).

Playstyle #1: Full aggro
With this playstyle you need to always always push the minion wave to the enemy tower while poking them under tower when they try to last hit not letting them take a moment to breathe. You could hard shove or slow-push the wave depending on the matchup.

When you go this playstyle you need to TRACK THE ENEMY JUNGLER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ELSE IT WILL RESULT IN YOU GETTING GANKED AND DIE.
Playstyle #2: Passive
With this playstyle you need to let the enemies push to your tower and freeze the wave infront of the tower so enemies need to walk up further to last hit so you can call your jungler in for a gank setup easier.
The best support that works with this playstyle are mages/root supports like
