in this case, and you facing 2 tanks as Garen or Nasus in top lane, go max your Tactical Sweep and get Blade of the Ruined King after Trinity Force

His Cataclysm can be his own cataclysm if he's not aware that Hookshot can pull her out of it. or even better, make him kill himself in his own ult, talking about pure irony. 

However, you must acknowledge his aggressiveness for counter-jungle, so expect some counter-jungle early on to abuse the fact that you're slow clearing jungle.

Be aware that Xin wanted 1 vs 1 with every jungler. you can kill him easily with the damage from your Q Precision Protocol but be aware that Xin kits are able to fight back.

Plus if this summoner is smart, he will just straight away invades you in level 1.

Do not fight him 1 vs 1 unless you sure you can burst him down easily, or there's jung gap before. always, i mean, ALWAYS bring one or two more champs to "sort this fucker out". Rito please nerf this champ, for fuck sake.

He is the only top lane and jungle, sometime, champ that will out scales you hard, he's your nightmare. be aware of Counter Strike . use the long cooldown for take him down.

Armor penetration buff is enough to make you even suffer in this match up. so be careful, watch your jungle.

our Grey Lady will kill this monkey fast, if she able to find out where's the real monkey and burst with her well-known combo. however if she failed to do so, Wukong will kill her. it's about who find who.

Graves can be pain in the ass, same as you. He can survive your initial cast Precision Protocol but will not survive your 2nd part of it. don't underestimate his Smoke Screen . 

If she has Infernal, your Adaptive Defenses will do nothing against her. once again, whoever find that precious infernal drake, then, that woman will win the match up. btw, is anyone tried her AP build?
