Play safe early game, last hits on minions. Dont poke before level 5 (unless sure u wont die). Fizz is a late game deep sea monster, wait until you get 2 core items before making plays. When u hit 4/5 full build, fizz can take 4/5 of an ADC's health with ultimate at max range, finish them off with any skill that fits the situations. So its actually 2 hits to be real. Works against all squishies. dont engage the fight come from behind with your ultimate (the farther the better) destroy their backlines and gg wp ez game
